injunjane- two fresh eggs (you can use only yolks or the whole egg)
- about half of this volume of vinegar and the same of sunflower oil (or any neutral flavor oil)
- a bit of lemon juice
- mustard to the taste
- salt to the taste
Put in a blender and mix thoroughly.
